My client is a global, privately owned recruitment business which has been established for many years and is a global market leader across Financial Services and Professional Services. They are seeking Associate Directors/Director-level candidates to join their Governance Practices (Legal/Risk/Compliance) in Hong Kong & Singapore.
This hire will be expected to build strong relationships with existing PSL clients and develop consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will place mid-to-senior level professionals by providing recruitment solutions with an emphasis on quality and long-term relationships.
You will have at least two years' previous Management experience within these verticals and be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk and your team forward. You will be confident in your communication skills both written and verbal, being able to communicate effectively at a senior level, committed to offering quality services to about providing a quality service.Successful candidates will join a governance practice of which is the client's strongest offering out in Asia and anyone joining one of those verticals will enjoy an excellent client list (PSL's are already in place) and a well-developed database interms of candidates. Here there is huge potential to develop a team and to build something highly lucrative.
