Manchester City Centre / Hybrid
Up to £30,000 Basic (Negotiable) + Double Base OTE + Incentives
The Opportunity
Get Recruited is a multi-award-winning recruitment consultancy, based in Manchester City Centre, specialising in Accountancy & Finance recruitment. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you will focus on new business development, including client win-backs, cross-selling, and networking. Your primary goalwill be to identify and engage with businesses, especially VC-backed companies or those that have recently received investment,negotiate terms, and bring new vacancies on board within the Accountancy & Finance sector.
What You'll Do
* Proactively hunt for new business, targeting key accounts, including companies in the VC-backed or recently funded space.
* Negotiateterms, close deals, and bring new vacancies into the business.
* Win-back previous clients and cross-sell recruitment services to increase opportunities.
* Network and attend industry events to develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.Why Join Us?

* Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 (negotiable) with uncapped commission (up to 30%).

Who We're Looking For
* Business Development Executives with experience in a recruitment agency environment, or a360° Recruitment Consultant looking to focus on a dedicated BD role.
* Proven success in new business development and negotiating terms within a competitive market.
* Individuals with Accountancy & Finance experience are desirable, but we are opento professionals from other recruitment sectors.
