As our Business Development Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the chance to make an impact and drive your earnings to new heights. Your primary focus will be building relationships, mastering business development, and recruiting for a diverse range of construction-related roles. This is not your standard 9-5; it's an opportunity to take charge of your success!
Key Requirements:
* Own Vehicle and Driver's License: You should have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
* On-Site Commitment: You'll need to be willing to work on-site 1 to 2 days a week, ensuring a strong understanding of the industry and fostering meaningful connections.At MCG Construction, we value your commitment to our core business values:

£22,000 - £35,000 basic, uncapped commission, training and excellent benefits
