Description:
My client is the division of one of the most renowned Executive Search firms globally that operates in the senior leadership recruitment market. They are a national business with offices throughout the UK operating across their three core areas of Commerce and Industry, Public Sector and Functions. They currently require an experienced Real Estate Recruitment Consultant.
As a Recruitment Consultant working in this area, you will be working on a highly successful desk, where you will be placing Property Developers, Asset Managers etc., all retained, working on roles between £50-120k. You will develop relationships with clients, both new and existing, offering market intelligence and exceptional service. You will manage and deliver all assignments won to successful completion, manage development of key accounts, network and market map.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-15 years' contingent, retained or interim experience, of
which some will be Social Housing/Housing experience. You will be comfortable operating with pace,
have a strong analytical mindset and be efficient in movingrelationships and assignments forward.
The successful hire will be offered a strong base and transparent commission structure.
