Concept Resourcing are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join a Central Government client based in Bristol.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £250-£300 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Have experience of high-volume technical recruitment in a complex organisation
* Knowledge of candidate attraction strategies
* Experience with networking and outreach, branding and marketing
* Proven ability to control and manage candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Knowledgeable enough to provide advice on the variety of job boards, ATSs and other recruitment tools and technologies on the market
* Extensive stakeholder management experience and able to independently resolve issues effectively, constantly looking to improve the recruitment team's image
* Proven experience of sourcing candidates through a variety of channels
* Experience of using recruitment data to identify trends and make informed decisions about recruitment strategies and process improvements
