A Clientis seeking an exceptional Education Recruitment Consultant to deliver outstanding service to schools and candidates across SouthEssex. Join a successful and vibrant office in Chelmsford, Essex, and become part of a small, friendly, and supportive team that has built fantastic relationships with schools and candidates in the region.
We welcome applicants from various backgrounds, whether you are a sales executive, a teacher, or have prior experience in team recruitment. They provide our in-house fast-track program to equip you with all the skills necessary to become a top consultant.
Role Overview:
* Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings.
* Meet with candidates for registration purposes.
* Identify and securejob opportunities.
* Attract and successfully place candidates to meet client requirements and revenue goals.
* Develop andmanage client and candidate relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.Why Join:

Desired Qualities and Requirements:
* Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:30
* Possession of a valid UK driver's license
* Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Comfortable engaging with candidates and clients both over the phone and in person
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.
