Your Role:
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, ensuringhigh levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
* Meet and interview candidates to help them find their ideal roles in education.
* Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings with local schools to understand and supporttheir recruitment needs.
* Attract and interview candidates, successfully placing them in roles that meet client requirements.* Collaborate closely with our compliance team to efficiently clear candidates for work.
