My client are a top tier executive search firm who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Financial Services practice to support Senior Partners within Retail Banking and FinTech.
As a Senior Analyst you will manage the deliveryof searches. Senior Analysts have responsibilities which include market mapping, identifying and validating relevant candidates. They will be able to communicate effectively with the Partners as well as represent clients and the brand excellently. The Partners have big characters and the hire must have the gravitas to push back when necessary and support their arguments. They willbe able to use their experience and interpersonal skills to be able to enhance the efficiency of a search's' execution.
Theideal candidate will have at least a 2 years' experience within a retained search environment within the broader Financial Services sphere, strong academics and a strong track record will also be necessary.
