This hire must be able to demonstrate commercial acumen. Although prior HR executive search experience is preferred, my client is very happy to consider candidates that have been high performers in contingent recruitment and/or from other professional disciplines outside of HR. Supporting the Partner, this hire will gain invaluable exposure to working with top-bracket clients across the highest echelons of retained search.
