Executive Search Associate
I am partnering with a top tier Executive Search firm, that is currently seeking to recruit an Associate for the Investment Banking located in London, who will support executing searches by identifying, attracting and developing candidates aligned to clients' requirements.
This hire would join an existing global team that will offer Executive Search services. Focusing on C-suite succession planning, strategically important roles, ExecutiveCommittee members and direct reports to the top team.
The successful candidate will partner with the Consultant(s) andwill be responsible for developing a holistic execution strategy at the start of each search. This person will conduct targetedresearch into companies and sectors to find those with relevant skill sets and qualifications, supplementing extensive knowledgeof and relationships with board directors and senior executives across industries and functions.
The client's previoushires had a degree from a leading university and up to 5 years of experience, with at least 2 of which focusing on investment banking. Ideally, this hire will have a strong professional presence, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, domain expertise,and client advisory skills. Other essential skills are project management, candidate management, and communication strategy development and delivery.
