My client is one of the largest and fastest growing search firms in its space. They are a leadership advisory boutique who provide executive search and interim management/consulting services to the technology, professional services anddigital consumer industries.
My client are what we call at Carlin Hall a 'mezzanine firm', a mid sized boutique: they have the ability to deliver a standard of service that competes with a tier one search firm at the pace and maneuverability of a boutique. They have offices in both Europe and North America and have ambitious expansion plans.
In keeping with their growth trajectory they are looking for Senior Associates to join their successful London office. Typically mandates are within the £150-400kOTE bracket but more often than not £400k+.
They have built an impressive and enviable client list, who they are dedicated to servicing and service well. Their compensation model is predominantly based around successful completion of client mandates assupposed to revenue performance, a factor which has led to high positions on market rank tables.
Ideal candidates will have1 - 3 years experience from an executive search or contingent background, they will have strong academics and intellect. The successful hire will also be ambitious and motivated to excel within a career in search. This successful hire will be keen to moveup to an engagement manager in time.
