This role is ideal for an ambitious and sales-driven recruitment professional who wants to work on an exciting and extremely lucrative recruitment market.Your role as an experienced Recruitment Consultant will involve the following:
-Proactively searching for candidates, using various tools, platforms and headhunting
-Networking and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
-Identifying creative ways to search for candidates
-Screening, qualifying and interviewing candidates
-Proactively searching for new business opportunities (Business Development)
-Mentoring more junior colleagues within your team
-Going on client meetings and meeting candidates
Who can apply?
-1+ years of recruitment experience in a 360 role or you wish to move into a 360 role
-You enjoy working independently, but also in a team
-You wish to fast track your career progression
-You want to work in a dynamic and buzzing working environment
-You will be provided with full industry training, but knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or ITindustry would be advantageous
