MCG Healthcare are looking for a Recruitment Consultant of any level to join our successful Primary Care Team and start up an AHP division with us in Stevenage or Bedford with a competitive salary, dependant on experience.

What are welooking for
Due to 4 successful years boasting 500% growth, we have grown the team exponentially and are now looking to drivea part of the business we have minimal exposure in being AHP ( Pharmacists, Physician associates & other ) to join our existing Primary Care team and help drive our ambitious growth plans for 2023 and beyond so the sky really is the limit to where therole can go.
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 year's experience within a Recruitment Consultant capacity and must have experience within AHP Recruitment who is driven to succeed and deliver our values on a daily basis. There is a plethora of opportunities available to the right person, with warm BD leads & candidates ready to pick up and drive and make money. The ideal person will need to be hard working, organised, not afraid to pick up the phone and understands that recruitment isn't 9-5. You need to be confident in communicating over the phone and email. You do the above, you will be successful - its proven! The position is a unique one as we have a small number of workers and clients out working but can see there is a huge opportunity to push this area of the business further, which will also mean serious career position.
The ideal candidate will haveexperience in Pharmacist or similar Healthcare recruitment background and will have proof of billings. You will be part of a successful team with consultants billing over £500k a year - so being a team player and having an outgoing personality is key. We have an unbeatable and high achieving culture here, with an opportunity to earn £70k + in year 1 OTE which will grow to £100k+ inyear 2 with the right work ethic and determination - these figures have been achieved here by other consultants.
