MCG Healthcare are looking for a Recruitment Consultant of any level to join our successful Nursing Team working within the NHS framework sector, with a competitive salary, dependant on experience. What are we looking for
Due to recent andcontinued growth, we are looking for another consultant to join our high achieving team placing within NHS Framework Hospital clients across the UK. As a team, we have ambitious growth plans for 2023 and beyond so the sky really is the limit to where therole can go.
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 years' experience within a Recruitment Consultant capacity, ideally having been involved with public sector nursing who is driven to succeed and deliver our values on a daily basis. There are a plethora of opportunities available to the right person, with warm BD leads ready to be utilised! The ideal person willbe someone who is hard working, organised, not afraid to pick up the phone and understands that recruitment isn't 9-5. You needto be confident in communicating over the phone and email. You do the above, you will be successful - it's proven!
Theideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare recruitment or other recruitment background and will have proof of billings.You will be part of a successful team with consultants billing over £500k a year - so being a team player and having an outgoingpersonality is key. We have an unbeatable and high achieving culture here, with an opportunity to earn £70k + in year 1 OTE which will grow to £100k+ in year 2 with the right work ethic and determination - these figures have been achieved here by other consultants.
