High Achieving Recruitment Consultant, Primary Care Team
MCG Healthcare are looking for a Recruitment Consultantof any level to join our successful Primary Care Team in the Nursing dept based in Stevenage or Bedford with a competitive salary, dependant on experience.

What are we looking for
Due to 4 successful years boasting 500% growth, we have grown the team exponentially and are now looking for anotherconsultant to join our high achieving team placing ANPs, Practice nurses and PA's. As a team, we have ambitious growth plans for 2023 and beyond so the sky really is the limit to where the role can go.
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2years' experience within a Recruitment Consultant capacity, ideally within nursing who is driven to succeed and deliver our values on a daily basis. There are a plethora of opportunities available to the right person, with warm BD leads & candidates ready to pick up and drive and make money. The ideal person will be someone who is hard working, organised, not afraid to pick upthe phone and understands that recruitment isn't 9-5. You need to be confident in communicating over the phone and email. You dothe above, you will be successful - its proven!
The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare recruitment or otherrecruitment background and will have proof of billings. You will be part of a successful team with consultants billing over £500k a year - so being a team player and having an outgoing personality is key. We have an unbeatable and high achieving culture here, with an opportunity to earn £70k + in year 1 OTE which will grow to £100k+ in year 2 with the right work ethic and determination - these figures have been achieved here by other consultants.
