My client is a very well established and reputable business within Legal Recruitment. The firm is made up of a numberof teams who are experts in functions ranging from HR to IT Support within Legal. They are experiencing further success and growth thus are needing to expand a number of teams, namely HR into Legal.
They are looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants who have a track record in HR Recruitment but not necessarily Legal, who feel like they aren't receiving the support or structure in their current business. They have a very well-established desk which has billed over 300k last year that they arelooking to give to two HR recruitment consultants.
My client has a non KPI driven environment and culture which, along withthe backing of a reputable name, gives their employees the autonomy and ability to flourish. Here Consultants benefits from theinvaluable support team which includes PA's and candidate resourcers. I'd describe the office as buzzy, fun, lively atmosphere.A very low staff turnover is proof of what a great business this is. The hours, "shortest in City" are 830am to 530pm.
