My client is a very well established and reputable recruitment business. The firm is made up of a number of teams whoare experts in functions ranging from HR to IT Support within the Legal market. This firm is over 25 years old and has a long list of very reputable clients so business development is easier than usual.
They are looking for experienced HR Recruitment Consultants who have a track record in HR Recruitment but not necessarily Legal, who feel like they aren't receiving the support or structure in their current business. They have a very well-established desk which has billed very well last year that they arelooking to give to an ambitious HR recruitment consultant.
My client has a non KPI driven environment and culture which, along with the backing of a reputable name, gives their employees the autonomy and ability to flourish. Here Consultants benefits from the invaluable support team which includes PA's and candidate resourcers. I'd describe the office as buzzy, fun, lively atmosphere. A very low staff turnover is proof of what a great business this is.
