Up to £33,000 BASIC, OTE £57k UNCAPPED + GREAT BENEFITS

Whilst we cover several sectors as a business, each division has experienced Recruiters that specialise in their own vertical.You'd be joining the team as a Insurance Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant who will be responsible for the full 360 Recruitment cycle. We'll provide you with marketing support to generate inbound vacancy leads for your vertical. In addition, we'll give you'll get extra support from our Business Development & Administration team that will help you supercharge your desk, so you can rapidly become a top performer in the team.
We love our TECH and we use data and stats to help you to improvethrough your KPI's. Every market is different, and we know this because we have done it for the past 15 years.

About you
The successful candidate will an experienced Insurance Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant ready to take the next step & who is looking for a BIG opportunity. In addition, you'll need the following experiences & qualities.
* A proven track record in Insurance recruitment where you can demonstrate your historic performance results within permanent recruitment
* Previously operated within an Insurance Recruitment Division or had exposure to Insurance Recruitment as part of the vertical that you currently operate within
* Tech savvy, able to quickly pick-up cool gadgets and recruitment tools
* Confident communicating with clients & candidates on the phone, face to face and over video meeting platforms
* A driven individual who is hungry to succeed & progress their recruitment career
