We've got a New Opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a market leading and rapidly expanding business. Due to continued success and growth, our client are looking for a driven and ambitious Internal Recruiter.
My client are an award winning and highly reputable business based in the heart of London. As an Internal Recruiter you will take the strategic lead on Recruitment campaigns for their Sales staff in London, proactively sourcing and screening new talent for the business and assisting Trainee Recruiters in their development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Coordinator or Recruitment Manager looking fora new challenge offering excellent benefits and career prospects.
The Role:
This is a newly created position within the company, the successful candidate will be working closely with the HR Manager and CEO to create and implement Recruitment Campaigns and secure the best talent for the business.
* Advertising live/available opportunities on Job Boards, Social Media, LinkedIn Talent and proactively headhunting suitable applicants
* Proactively source new candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards and Social Media
* Review the efficiency of recruitment campaigns to ensure efficiency in activity of the recruitment department
* Conducting first stage screening & interviews to identify candidate suitability
* Working to business goals andtargets to achieve the growth plans
* Ensuring the all candidate information remains confidential
* Liaising closely with Finance/HR to organise employment contracts
* Organising both internal & external training for new starters
What Experience Do You Need?
We're looking for an Experienced Recruiter who is now looking for a big opportunity with a supportive and progressive company, if the following sounds like you, then we'd love to hear from you;
* Current Experience as a Recruiter within an agency environment
* Experience of recruiting for Permanent Vacancies, ideally sales focused positions
* Ability tobuild instant relationships with colleagues & candidates
* Able to write attractive advertisements and use social media to build brand awareness
* Positive attitude with lots of energy to inspire prospective team members
* Ability to embrace technology and use modern tools to simplify the recruitment process
