THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is an establishedspecialist recruitment consultancy located in Manchester City Centre who has a reputation for delivering high quality services to businesses right across the UK. It's an exciting time for the business as we embark on a significant phase of growth and as part of our expansion plans, we're now seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter & Trainer to join the team.
The Internal Recruiter & Trainer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business through the acquisition of talented individuals to join the team. The successful candidate will have clear objectives and a clear path of progression within the business,this makes the available opportunity particularly attractive for an ambitious individual.
The successful candidate will be involved in Search, Selection and Onboarding of the individuals onto the team, so if you have a passion for Recruitment and Training/Leaning & Development this could be the ideal career step for you.
THE INTERNAL RECRUITER ROLE:
* Working closelywith the Managing Director and Department Managers to seek out talent for the business
* You'll be seeking out talent for; Trainee Recruiters, Consultants / Senior Consultants / Managing Consultants and Key Operational Hires
* Attracting Talent using;LinkedIn Recruiter, referral schemes, traditional job board advertising, Headhunting, R2R's and Social Media
* Working closely with the Marketing team to drive Social Media campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract talent
* Building relationshipswith quality recruiters who'd consider a move in the future
* Conducting preliminary Video/F2F interviews with candidates andshortlisting for 2nd stage with the Departmental Managers
* Coordinating the full hiring process from start to finish including the offer / feedback sessions
* Liaising with the HR/Office Manager to prepare offers letters / contracts of employment andkeeping in touch until commencement
* Conducting thorough onboarding training with new starters to enhance success rates
*Preparing bespoke training sessions and refresher training sessions as and when required in collaboration with the Department Manager
THE PERSON:
* We're seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant or Internal Recruiter from a recruitment agency background
* Must have a track record in performing as a Recruitment Consultant as this will be important to inspire up andcoming talent and to have credibility with experienced hires
* Any experience in Training or Leadership in recruitment wouldbe a significant advantage
* Strong relationship builder and the ability to inspire individuals
* Confident to prepare / deliver high quality onboarding training sessions
