Learning and Development Manager * Global Award-Winning Recruitment Company * Hybrid Role * Based in Watford * UK Travel * £55,000 - £70,000 p.a. plus benefits *

Due to continued growth and expansion globally, we are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Manager to lead and work closely with an established international learning and development team and take a lead on blended learning and development initiatives within an award-winning Recruitment Consultancy.

This is an exciting time to join this Times Top 100 company who believe in investing in employees is the key to achieving excellence. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role is hybrid based between home and the office in Watford as well as travelling between other offices across the UK.

Inreward you will be paid a salary (dependant on experience) between £55,000 - £70,000 p.a. plus benefits - which include unlimited paid holiday and private healthcare!

The ideal Learning and Development Manager will have:

* A strong learning and development background within the recruitment industry is essential.
* Experience in blended learning solutions.
* Strategic mind-set with the ability to forecast and plan.

* Knowledge of current learning and development trends, tools, and technologies.
* Passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Experience of developing D&I programmes.
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering training to a variety of audiences.

The successful Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful blended learning programs that will enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

Duties include:

* Manage the L&D team.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to identify business priorities and execute appropriate initiatives to improve performance.
* Co-ordinate training delivery.
* Oversee and maintain e-Learning platform - drive engagement initiatives to encourage self-learning.* Design and deliver training programmes.
* Manage calendar of L&D events.
* Co-ordinate and facilitate new trainingrelated to industry trends/legislation.
* Measure ROI from training activities.
