MANAGING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - SALES DIVISION
MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE
£30,000 to £35,000, OTE £70,000 +, PLUS BENEFITS
As part of our expansion strategy, we're seeking a Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester operation in our Sales Recruitment & Marketing Recruitment Divisions.
The successful candidate will be an individual who is currently in a Senior Recruitment Consultant role who is looking for the next step in their career,or an individual who is already operating at a Managing Recruitment Consultant level looking for a bigger opportunity.
You'llneed to have a proven track record in Sales Recruitment or Marketing Recruitment, and either have the experience or attributesto take on leadership responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a truly ambitious individual that has a passionfor the recruitment industry and has an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll be given the opportunity to build on our current successes and drive growth of the division.
THE PERSON:
* Must have current experience in either a Senior Recruitment Consultantor Managing Recruitment Consultant, within a recruitment agency environment
* A proven track record of performing within either Sales Recruitment or Marketing Recruitment
* Excellent negotiation skills to be able to protect our fee margins and secureexclusivity
* Experience of leading a small team whilst maintaining a billing desk, or the desire & attributes to take thenext step
* Ability to inspire and develop team members to become top performers
* A passionate individual who wants to grow with the business and take future growth steps
