* As a Managing Consultant, you'll be reporting to the Senior Leadership team and undertaking responsibility for a small but growing Sales Recruitment Division
* Leading a small existing team, incrementally increasingperformance and growing the team
* Conducting 1:1 Meetings, Team Meetings, Coaching Sessions and Training sessions as required* Undertaking a hands-on 360 Recruitment role and leading by example
* Setting personal development plans to encourage growth of the team both in skills and career progression
* Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver and achieve key milestoneto both hit targets and key incentives
* Collaborating with the Marketing team to increase the already steady flow of inboundenquiries with a view to growing the division
* Attending internal brainstorming meetings to contribute ideas
* Taking personal pride in developing your division and to achieve your own personal development plan
THE PERSON:
* We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Senior Recruitment Consultant / Managing Consultant or similar who comes from an agency background
* You'll need to demonstrate previous experience of coaching or developing other team members, management experience wouldbe a significant advantage
* Experience in Sales and / or Marketing recruitment would be an advantage, however, we're openingto considering applications from candidates from all areas of professional permanent recruitment
* An inspiring and motivating character able to drive the success of our Sales and/or Marketing Division.
* Highly computer literate with experience of ATS systems and other recruitment technology is essential
