The business is expanding and we're on thelookout for a Managing Recruitment Consultant to join ONE of the following divisions: Sales / Marketing / Insurance / IT.
You'll be given the support, training and development, leadership responsibilities and the opportunity to progress quickly. Top Performers in the business can easily earn over 100k+ per annum, so we know driven characters can easily achieve this and more!The Right People:
Hiring the right people that align with our core values is vital to our culture and to your success. You'll need the following experience / attributes
* Current experience in a Recruitment Agency as either a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is ready for the next step or already working at a Managing Recruitment Consultant level.
* Experience recruiting in one of the following specialisms would be ideal, but not essential; Sales Recruitment, Marketing Recruitment, IT Recruitment, Insurance Recruitment, Accounts & Finance Recruitment, Commercial Recruitment, Business Support Recruitment.
* It's essential that you're able to demonstrate the following attributes: confidence, energy, determination, drive, positive attitude,superb levels of organisational skills and clear motivations / personal goals.
