£30,000 - £35,000 OTE £62,000(Uncapped)

We are looking for an individual with extensive recruitment experience in either Sales/Marketing/Insurance Recruitment. As a Managing Consultant, you will be joining our best-performing division as it continuesto grow and succeed.
You would either be a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant, who is seeking an opportunity to put your own stamp on the success and witness the growth of your team. If you have led a small team or worked in a supervisory setup,but you are ready to step into a management position, we believe this would be an excellent opportunity for you.
In your role as a Managing Consultant will be an integral part of the team, this means leading from the front by achieving consistent billings and developing and guiding a diverse team of consultants from Entry level to Senior level experience.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Proactively develop and grow your division further
* Manage a small team - with a further growth target to increase this headcount to at least 4 by the end of the year
* Prospecting new clients and building on these relationships
* Building a desk in your specialist sector with our support
* Full end to end management of your vacancies from sourcing the leads through to placement and the ongoing relationships with clients and candidates
* Leading by example in your recruiting activity
* Allowing your team members to shadow your activity as well as conducting one on one training and coaching
*Monitoring the performance of your team members regularly and providing daily desk-side support
* Motivating and monitoring ateam
* Identifying key development areas and presenting solutions
