Process Excellence Lead - Recruitment * Global Award-Winning Recruitment Company * Home Based Role * £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. plus benefits * 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract *

Due to continued growth and expansion globally, an investment has been madeto develop a Centre of Excellence pilot programme. As Process Excellence Lead you will manage the end-to-end process mapping review of all group brands and central service department to create operations Manual Centralise all Intellectual Property with the group.



This is an exciting time to join this Times Top 100 company who believe in investing in employees is the key toachieving excellence. Reporting into the Group Legal and Compliance Director this is a role which can be home-based anywhere within the UK.



In reward you will be paid a salary (dependant on experience) between £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. plus benefits. Although employed initially on a 6-12-month fixed term contract, the role has scope for growth and development and could become permanent.



The ideal Process Excellence Lead - Recruitment will have:



* Experience within the Recruitment orHR industry - an understanding of the recruitment is vital to this position.
* MS SharePoint experience is essential.
* Visio or another process mapping suite.
* Proven stakeholder management
* Understanding of CRM, VMS or ATS experience.



The successful Process Excellence Lead - Recruitment will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful blended learning programs that will enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.



Duties include:



* Map the end-to-end process per group company and per central service department.
* Reconcile against the existing SharePoint based intranet know how library and conduct gap analysis.
* Review currently processes to identify all opportunities to reduce admin, introduce tech to automate where possible.
* Assist in keeping policies procedures, manuals, and documents up to date.
* Understanding of needed memberships, licences and registration and associated renewals.
