THE RECRUITMENTACCOUNT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

It's an exciting time to join the business and due to our unique approachto the market, business is booming. As a result, we're looking to hire TWO experience Recruiters to join us in a Recruitment Account Manager position. You'll be managing a number of existing clients and handling fully qualified vacancy opportunities oftenon an exclusive basis.
Based in our Sales & Marketing Recruitment Division, you'll be supporting clients with fillable positions that are particularly desirable to candidates. If you are driven by the delivery side of recruitment and you enjoy a fast paced environment, this opportunity is extremely lucrative as you'll earn significant commissions.
Successful candidates can expect to see a progressive increase in their earning potential over the first 3 years of joining the business, we've regularly seen our people earn over 10k in commission on ONE MONTH! In short, you could earn way more than the 54k OTE mentioned above.The successful candidates will be joining a fun, friendly and talented team of people who will instantly welcome you and make you feel that you've been working with them for many years.

THE PERSON:
We're looking for TWO Recruitment Account Managers to join the team, tobe considered for the roles, you'll need the following experience and qualities;
* An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultantwho wants to step into a pure account management role
* Experience of Sales & Marketing recruitment would be a significant advantage but is not essential
* Confident natural communicator with exceptional listening skills
* Able to build instantrelationships with people and show genuine interest
* Positive and forward-thinking attitude with a desire to succeed
* Self-motivated individual who is wants to learn and build a rewarding career in recruitment
* Confident around technology and ableto pick up systems really quickly
