As a Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant with SimplyEducation, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide quality education staff to local schools.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with secondary schools in the Essex area.* Assisting schools with their daily, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs.
* Managing a warm desk with several pre-existing relationships.
* Identifying and sourcing top teaching talent to match with school requirements.
* Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for both educators and schools.
* Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Collaborating with the team to meet and exceedrecruitment targets.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational professionals and schools.
* Self-motivated and results oriented.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
* Previous experience in recruitment or the education sector.
* Knowledge of the local education landscape in Medway, Kent.
