We are looking for anorganised and ambitious Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Technical Engineering Team office. You will ensure that all work onbehalf of FRS Recruitment is carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with our vision and values, whilst providingexceptional customer service.
You will support the Recruitment Consultants in completing the co-ordination, administration, and sourcing of staff for their clients. You will assist with all enquiries and co-ordinate advertising, screening, interviewing and any other tasks involved in ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered to the client.

Role Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the advertising, sourcing, screening, setting up of interviews and submitting suitable candidates for assigned roles.
* Continuously develop a candidate pipeline ininnovative ways.
* Make a high volume of daily calls to candidates on our database, offering career assistance.
* Prepping candidates for interviews
* Providing relocation information and guidance to our candidates if applicable
* Arrange interviews, feedback from client and candidates.
* Generating a pipeline of candidates to bring to market.
* Provide administrative support through application management systems.
* Working to daily and weekly KPIs assigned by your manager.
* Follow-up references checks.
* Maintaining accurate CRM data and records as required by your role.
* Be responsible for your own Occupational Safety and Health and wellbeing.
* Adhering to FRS Policies and Procedures
Role Requirements:
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* 1 -2 years of experience in recruitment administration/co-ordination or similar role.* 1 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
* Diploma/Degree level education.
* A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long term customer relationships.
* Proficiency in using customer relations management systems (CRM).
* Good knowledge of candidate's selection methods.
* Critical thinker, confident solution focused.
* Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.* Good time-management skills.
