Recruitment Consultant - The Role
* Your director will work closely with you to build you a structured business plan
* Clear, concise structured approach to building your desk - with constant support
* You will become a market expert within your niche
* Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle
* Active and passive candidate attraction
* Sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates
* Sales activity across your client-base
* Networking; attending industry events, visiting live projects, becoming an expert
* Advertising vacancies & managing applications
* Coordinating the interview & offer process
* Negotiating & closing deal

Requirements:
* You must have 1-2 years sales experience, B2B or Recruitment
* You must be a graduate or have another formal qualification
* You must be articulate with an excellent telephone manner - a natural rapport builder
* You must be an ambitious, entrepreneurial, high achiever who is self-motivated to succeed
* You must have good IT skills
* You must be open to learning new skills,improving yourself and always striving to be the best
* You must be a team player
* You should live within easy commutabledistance of our office at EC2N 2AT, City of London
