Concept Resourcing is an established brand for professional services and technology / IT recruitment in the private & public sector. We have experienced strong demand for our Telecommunications, IT Services Providers & Cyber Security clients since Covid-19 and as a result we are looking to expand our Technology teams. We can offer the opportunity for experienced consultants to have total flexibility in your working arrangements, either to be home based or from either of our officelocations in Dudley or Milton Keynes. We can also provide flexibility in your hours with the ability to start and finish earlyor late.
We are looking for senior or principal recruitment consultants with a successful track record in delivering in their specialised vertical. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from candidate attraction and sourcing through to placement and ongoing review. You will be joining an experienced team but will also have responsibility for mentoring of junior team members and helping theteam achieve its medium and long term objectives.
