We are an Award-winning business, who is hiring a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with experience from Sales or Marketing recruitment, but this is not essential. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to show the following attributes: Confidence, Energy, determination, drive, organised, and a superb positive attitude.
What does your day look like?
* Managing full 360 life cycle of recruitment; from establishing a recruitment strategy with hiring managers to the candidate and offer negotiation.
* Sourcing passive candidates via various channels, including LinkedIn
*Providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
* Creating and developing your own client base
