Recruitment Consultant Role Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and approach potential clients in your specialist area, building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Utilise your knowledge and expertiseto present compelling recruitment solutions to clients, demonstrating the value of partnering with Get Recruited.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
* Source and attract top talent using the latest recruitment technology and platforms.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to identify the best fit for our clients.
* Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing support and feedback.
* Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure successful outcomes.
* Stay updated with industry trends and developments, providing valuable insights to candidates and clients.
* Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through teamwork and collaboration.
Recruitment Consultant Experience Requirements:
* Current experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, within a specialist recruitment agency is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities.
* Familiarity with recruitment technology and platforms.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for recruitment.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Apositive attitude, resilience, and a desire to contribute to a fun and supportive work culture.
