My client is a privately owned, international recruitment firm and is a market leaderin Insurance in Financial Service sectors. Since launching the business in 2002 they have been highly successful and are recognised internationally. They are currently seeking Risk and Change Consultants to join their London team.
As a Risk/Change Consultant you will offer exceptional service to both candidates and clients, as you manage key client relationships and see candidates through the entire interview process efficiently.
Ideally, as a Consultant, you will have between 1-3 years' recruitment experience. You will be articulate and confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, be pro-active and determined in your approach to work and in professional development.
Successful candidates will be offered a strong base salary, market leading commission structure and ongoing guidance and encouragement in career progression - ultimately leading to a clear path to a Director-level position, and a long list of additional benefits.
