We are looking for an experience Recruitment Resourcer to join this innovative and exciting space company operating out of their dedicated satellite manufacturing facilities in Alton, Hampshire, UK. This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week over 4 days. They are completely flexible as to the timings of your 4 hours per day and more than happy to work around school times if you're a returning to work parent. Ideally you will work 2 days a week in the office and 2 days from home (Wednesdays are essential to be based in the office)
Purpose of the role
This year we are looking to rapidly expand our team in order to deliver our growing orderbook whilst maintaining our small company ethos and agility, something which is at the heart of our culture. We welcome varyingbackgrounds, skills, perspectives and life experiences.
We are currently looking for a Resourcer/Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to assist our Recruitment Manager in growing our business over the next 6 months. Whilst initially the role is an FTC this may become a permanent role. Using our ATS (Breathe), LinkedIn and other resources, your role will involve sourcing candidates to help build our pipelines to ensure we meet our recruitment goals. You will build talent pools and pipelines through direct sourcing and qualify candidates before sharing them with hiring managers. You will also be involved in the screening of direct applicants.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
* Working with the Recruitment Manager and stakeholders tounderstand the role requirements
* Using LinkedIn to source candidates as well as suggesting and implementing other sourcingstrategies where necessary
* Identify relevant market trends and sharing with stakeholders
* Conduct initial CV screens andtelephone interviews to ensure the candidates have the appropriate skills. Feeding back findings to the Recruitment Manager/ Stakeholders
* Candidate feedback throughout the process
* Building relationships with candidates so that they have a great candidate experience regardless of whether they are successful
* Utilising Excel to share our candidate pipelines with stakeholders and offer insights where appropriate
Whilst your base location will be Alton, we embrace flexible working and are happy for you to work from home with travel to our office at least once a week on a Wednesday. The role can be flexed around your situation although hours will ideally be spread over 4 days.
* This role reports into the Recruitment Manager
Essential skills and experience:
* A proven track record of successfully managing and recruiting to a range of technical roles
*Exceptional communication skills with experience of working with a range of seniority levels
* Attention to detail to ensure an exemplary candidate experience
* A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.
* Experience of working in a specialist market with a creative approach to candidate attraction
* The ability to report progress on a weekly basis using ExcelDesirable skills and experience:
* Experience of recruiting in the space industry
* Prior experience using bespokeApplication Tracking Systems
* Familiar with search techniques such as Boolean search/X-ray search
* Previous knowledge of using CV Databases, Social Media platforms, Recruitment Marketing Campaigns
