We are currently looking to expand the Resource Delivery function of our Field Services Division. This part of Concept Resourcing focuses on the sourcing and placing of skilled and experienced Field Service Engineers into a range of sectors including white goods, mobility, medical, lifts and many more.
As a part of this function you will work alongside Consultants, who are experts in their sector, to source and place the right candidateinto their ideal role. While at the same time building relationships with engineers in the market to build and maintain an efficient and reliable database.
In return you'll receive a highly competitive basic salary with the ability to earn uncapped commission per placement and be rewarded on your own performance, not time served within the business. All the while working flexible hours in a fantastic office.
Responsibilities:
* Developing candidate relationships in order to place Concept Resourcing as a preferred recruitment partner.
* Updating candidate and client activity onto leading recruitment software
* CVsearching and short listing via CRM, job boards and social media.
* Telephone or face to face interviewing of candidates for our client vacancies
* Short listing of suitable candidates for submission to company
* Generation of sales leads from everycandidate call
* Obtaining candidate interview feedback
* Prioritization of workload and vacancies
* Achieving weekly andmonthly KPI targets
* Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual GP sales target
Profile:
Major recruitment experience is not essential; however, a wealth of ambition and drive is a must and a background or interest in engineering will be advantageous. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to easily forge working relationships with candidates and maintain them. You will be expected to develop an understanding of your sector and the requirements of those working within it. You must also be ableto demonstrate your organisational skills with a view to building and maintaining your sectors database of candidates.
The Package
* Basic Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
* OTE: £22,000 - £25,000
* Opportunity to earn commission that increases per placement.
* 22 days annual leave increasing to 25 over 3 years.

Career Progression: Resource Delivery - Consultant- Senior Consultant - Principal Consultant - Business Development Manager or Managing Consultant.
Flexible Hours between 7am and 7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am and 17:30pm Friday.
