Recruitment Specialist required for the Healthand Social Care Sector, whilst based in Swindon this position is to support Wiltshire therefore you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle. This is a full time post working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and is best suited to a candidate with previous recruitment and resourcing employment experience. Offering a salary £25,000 FTC for 12 months with ongoing opportunities this position will utilise all previous experience, whilst allowing plenty of room for career and self-development.

As a Recruitment Specialist you will work as part ofa wider team, meeting with a number of local government and local authority leaders who are all focused on increasing the number of people working in Health and Social Care in Wiltshire.
You will be a self-motivator, someone who can 'think outside thebox', consistently looking at new and innovate ways of advertising and profiling career opportunities, all aimed at placing local people into local jobs. Meeting with prospective employers to obtain information and knowledge of their current vacancies, undertaking recruitment methods and how best to source the very best applicants.
This will include attending recruitment eventsprofiling the current vacancies within the Health and Social Care sector. Liaising with employers to ensure that their current vacancies are live on the website, answering enquiries that have been submitted to the website.
Acting as the initial point ofcontact for applicants who are seeking employment, you will manage all initial applications, providing career advice, conducting detailed telephone assessments, arranging interviews and assisting providers with their recruitment needs within the sector. Naturally, you will have proven Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams experience for the maintenance of high quality administration, diary management, meeting attendance and complex reporting.

35 hours a week Monday to Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm (occasional need to work outside these hours to facilitate evening events)
Salary £25,000 12 months FTC with ongoing opportunities.
Drivers licence with access to your own vehicle is essential to this role.
