They are looking to hire an experienced Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex and strategically important search mandates, as well as play a role in broader leadership and development of the research function.

With new practice areas, service lines and offices being established, my client have a vision that is a clear commitment to build genuine collaboration, sharing andteam work across each geography, service line and practice area.
My Client are looking for someone with a proven track record delivering executive search mandates, with a notable approach using a variety of different methodologies with the industry. The ideal candidate should have prior project experience across Europe, featuring a strong connection to the Professional servicesand Technology sectors. They should also have previous experience in operational leadership across areas such as project delivery and people development.
