Senior Associate
I am partnering with a well-known executive search firm based in London that is currentlylooking to appoint a Senior Associate to provide world-class, consistent research outputs of the highest quality to help drivethe group's overall objectives.
This hire will be responsible for preparing and attending the pitch/briefing session withthe Partner/Director/Head of Research. Supporting the formulation of the search strategy and candidate brief and building test questions and pitch ready for sign off. Building the company target list and leading the candidate identification phase of the assignment.
The successful candidate will be working with the Partner/Director/Head of Research to formulate the shortlist pack and attend the shortlisting session. Supporting the Partner/Director/Head of Research with candidate management, preparationand debrief calls with client and candidate.
The client's previous hire had a strong academic record and a minimum of 1 year of similar experience. The ideal candidate can demonstrate excellence in client, project and team management and have excellent problem solving, communication, and quantitative skills, as well as good attention to detail.
