My client is a well-established global recruitment firm specialising in Human Capital. They are looking for 2 xSenior HR consultants to join their rapidly expanding EMEA team.
The desk will be placing senior roles such as Heads of HR/HR Directors etc. throughout Europe across FMCG, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Pharma as well as FS. You will be able to leverage strong existing client relationships which include Blue-chip organisations, FTSE 100 and large multi-nationals.
The successful hire doesn't necessarily have to have an HR background as a FS experience would be suitable but they will have at least 3 years' recruitment experience. My client would prefer a candidate with language skills, who has worked abroad or who has international experience but this is not essential. They are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills, a confident "go-getter" andhas the ability to generate their own business.
