My client are very well established, privately own recruitment firm with offices in London and New York. They area multi functional business who focus on Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Cyber Security and Legal. They are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Compliance / Financial Crime team and work on roles with fees up to and exceeding £50k.
The Compliance & Financial Crime division is well established and one of the most profitable divisions within the business globally, it is home to the highest UK biller from last year (£350k) and has average billings of £235k per biller in the team. They are looking for a Senior consultant to be a key member of the team, to lead the financial crime offering and report into the divisional head.The team is looking to grow at a strong and steady rate over the next 18 months so this role will be a pivotal part of the team's development.
The successful hire will have at least 2 years of 360 recruitment experience, they will be able to work on multiple roles while building out a desk and continually doing business development. My client has stated that experience within Compliance or Financial Crime is not essential as they can teach this market to the hire but recruiting professionals for Financial Services clients will be ideal. A desire to succeed and fit in the team is more important to this client. This desk will should bill at least 180k in its first year.
