As part of our strategic growth plan, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team who has a proven track record of delivering high quality results and who wants opportunity to fast track their career within a rapidly expanding business.
Package: Up to £28,000 Basic + £52,000 OTE (Uncapped) plusa strong benefits, rewards, commission and bonus scheme that goes way beyond the industry norm.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
* As a 360Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building/managing a vertical sector within the business and establishing your personal brand to become the recruiter of choice within your industry
* Winning new clients & nurturing existing relationships to drive the growth of your vertical with the ultimate aim of enhancing your vacancy pipeline
* Working active client requirements and using the company's modern technology to identify high quality talent
* Collaborating with the internalMarketing, Business Development & Administration who will offer you significant support in building your vertical
* Attending client meetings both in person and via zoom & teams
* Working closely with the management team on the business plan for your industry vertical and agreeing strategic ways to grow the pipeline & division
* Supporting new members of the teamand deputising for the Managing Consultant
THE PERSON:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant within aminimum of 3 years experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment. In addition, you'll also need the following experiences and skills;
* Experience in one the following industry verticals would be of significant interest; Finance Recruitment, Sales Recruitment, Legal Recruitment, Financial Services Recruitment, Business Support Recruitment, Marketing Recruitment, IT Recruitment
* Either already working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or ready to take the step to become a Senior Recruitment Consultant
* Must be able to work autonomously
* Good experience of using an ATS (We us Bullhorn which is integrated with Broadbean amongst other tech)
* A proven track record in 360 Recruitment placing permanent candidates* Great communicator who is confident on the phone, face to face and via video meetings
* A positive character who is determined to succeed and wants to be the best
