SRGEurope have an opportunityfor an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to work with long established PSL clients in the Audit and Professional Sectorbased in the Unitd Kingdom and Gibraltar. Ideally, you will have experience with ACA, ACCA, CPA, Tax and VAT candidates from the UK work place. As a Senior Recruiter you will be comfortable working with, as well as assisting Directors, Partners and AuditManagers and Associates devlope their professional careers.
You will be expected to have a 360 degree approach, managing bothclient and candidate relationships with the primary objective of facilitating successful matching of candidates to suitable roles.
A key focus of the role is to develop and maintain strong relationships, enabling you to both attract and retain new business, while managing existing client relationships. Due to a high level of referral business from existing clients, we rarely have the need to "cold contact".
Whilst you will have the support of an Administration team in the Gibraltar office, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for clients through a wide range of different methods, existing database, job boards, social networks, social media channels, recruitment communities, networking events, social media events etc.
Consultant profile:
You must have proven integrity as a qualified recruiter with innate skills obtained within a relevant industry. You willneed to demonstrate your success as a Consultant, both from a client and candidate management perspective.

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Recruiter, internal or external, inFinance and Accounting
* Driven to succeed
* Able to work on your own initiative

* Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
* English spoken and written must be native level
* Positive attitude and work ethic
* Good team player
* Excellent understanding of social media
