Due to further expansion,we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to become the newest edition to our team.
Located at ourflagship offices in Aldridge, the role would expect you to develop a client and candidate database in a targeted geographical area throughout the Walsall and surrounding areas.
Whilst exceeding sales targets and KPI's, additional support will be required servicing the already established and successful temp plan.
Key Duties:
* Full 360 Senior Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the road haulage, warehouse and distribution markets
* Business development, conducting sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
* Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
* Arranging meetings withnew and existing clients (online & face to face - COVID dependent)
* Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
* Account management
* Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
* Attracting candidatesby drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and social platforms
* Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
* Matching workers to vacancies
* Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday (subject to workload)
* Rotating on call duties required
Person Specification:
* A minimum of 24 months working within the recruitmentindustry
* Successful business development skills
* Account management skills
* Proven record of success
* Confident and able to sell at all levels
* Target driven
* Excellent level of customer service
* Must be articulate and enthusiastic* Good communication skills
* Good Administration skills
* A self-starter with the desire to progress within their careerBenefits:
