THE SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:
* As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be reporting to the Senior Leadership team and whilst running a desk, you'll be getting ready to be one of the next leaders within the business.
* Coaching other team members as required to give you exposure to leadership
* Undertaking a hands-on 360 Recruitment role and leading by example from oboarding new clients generatedby marketing, New Business, Account Management, Seeking out suitable talent and making placements. If you need extra resourcingsupport, this will be available too.
* Collaborating with the Marketing team to increase the already steady flow of inbound enquiries with a view to growing the division
* Attending internal brainstorming meetings to contribute ideas
* Taking personal pride in developing your desk and to achieve your own personal development plan
THE PERSON:
* We're looking for an experienced Recruiter or Senior Recruitment Consultant, who is looking to grow with a business and take a future progression step into leadership
* Demonstrate that you have a proven track record in recruitment and have what it takes to become a leader of the future.
* Experience in Sales and / or Marketing recruitment would be an advantage, however, we're opening to considering applications from candidates from all areas of professional permanent recruitment. We have divisions in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Support, A+F, Executive/Management
* An inspiring and motivating character who is able to confidently coach other team members to prepare you for leadership
* Highly computer literate with experience of ATS systems and other recruitment technology is essential
