£26,000 - £33,000 BASIC, OTE £60,000 UNCAPPED + GREAT BENEFITSMANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

It's an exciting time to join the world of recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and due to our unique approach to the market, business is booming. As part of our expansion, we're looking forexperienced recruiters to join us in the following specialist divisions.
* Sales
* Marketing
* IT & Telecoms
* Accounts & Finance
* Insurance & Financial Services
* Commercial Business Support
We've invested heavily in the technology that we use and our marketing activities, as a result, we're able to run efficient hiring processes for our clients andgenerate over 120+ inbound enquiries from new prospective clients without making one cold call! Right now... behind the scenes,we're going through a complete marketing & branding development, so very soon you'll see a very new look and feel in the market.
Whilst year one OTE is set at £60k, there is absolutely no reason why you cannot achieve 100k+ within this business with the amount of support that we can offer you!
If you've got current recruitment experience within an agency environment andyou're looking to join a business that; supports its people, offers a clear route of progression, has a commission scheme likeno other (Biggest commission in one month to one recruiter exceeds £12k), offers dedicated marketing support and invests in theteam! THE PERSON:
* For the Senior Recruitment Consultant position, you'll needto be already operating at this level or be ready to take the step from Recruitment Consultant to Senior.
* It's essential that your recruitment experience is within an agency environment
* Experience in permanent recruitment is essential, ideally inone of the aforementioned sectors, however, we're open to speaking with candidates from other areas of professional recruitment* A highly driven and ambitious individual that would love to continue to specialise and build a rewarding career with a rapidly expanding business
