* Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing support and feedback.
* Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure successful outcomes.

* Mentoring up and coming recruitment colleagues to reach their full potentialSpecialist Senior Recruitment Consultant Experience Requirements:
* Current experience as a Recruitment Consultant or SeniorRecruitment Consultant or in a similar role, within a specialist recruitment agency is essential.
* Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
* Proven track record of meetingand exceeding targets.
* Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities.
* Familiarity with recruitment technology and platforms.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for recruitment.
