Talent Acquisition Manager

First City Care Group as the lead provider delivers domiciliary care, extra care, complex care, reablement, supported living and children services. We're currentlylooking for a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Swindon on a full-time basis.

This rolewill be integral to improving and sustaining our brand visibility within the local community promoting the business as an employer of choice. You will get involved in the local community building working relationships with job centres, local colleges andmore, to build the attraction plan on hiring quality care workers. The job is varied and will involve interviewing, on-boardingnew care workers. The successful candidates will thrive on challenge You will also use your knowledge of the local area and youranalytical skills to convert the data into meaningful plans for future hires.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for establishing internal best practice for recruitment, onboarding and retention, with the goal of ensuring the right person is hired for the right role, at the right time and continues to remain at First City.

Reporting to the Head of Operationsand working closely with all members of the HR Team, this is a hands-on role, responsible for owning the entire recruitment process from identification of the best channels to attract the best candidates, through role advertising, the selection process andonboarding process and identifying how we can retain our staff in a competitive market. You will ensure a consistent and inclusive approach and experience for candidates across the organisation and will be innovative in solutioning hiring challenges, continually driving making continuous improvements for candidates. You will also have a fantastic team to work alongside to share new ideas and solutions to improve the hiring process of new care workers.



Requirements of the role

* A track record of organising hiring events with innovative ideas.
* A track record of creating successful candidate attraction and onboardingprocesses.
* Experience using social media and other platforms to optimise recruitment drives.
* Experience in designing andimproving recruitment strategy, processes and procedures.
* Experience in working with internal stakeholders at all levels.* Experience in producing, analysing and presenting recruitment and retention metrics.
* Experience of using recruitment andapplicant tracking systems.
* Knowledge of direct sourcing, and candidate attraction methods.
* Excellent communication andrelationship-building skills.

Location: Swindon

Salary - CompetitiveHours - 40 hours per week 08.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday (occasional need to attend recruitment events outside of thesetimes)
