My client is a very successful search firm with 100 heads across the globe, they have a strong reputation within Retail FS, Insurance and Banking.
They really need someone who is a capable, well-trained executive search Associate/Senior Associate from a good firm to join their Technology practice. This person will have significant responsibility long listing, headhunting, interviewing (often alone), writing quality candidate packs with minimal supervision, managing feedback, liaising with the clientetc. Must have good client facing skills.
They have a lovely collaborative culture with a flat structure. Which is encouraged by a very flat structure, Associates sit next to Partners and it is easy to ask for help/advice. No airs and graces. They have solid plans to grow following a huge injection of capital.
