We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to become appointed as a Trainee RecruitmentConsultant.
Located at our flagship offices in Atherstone the role would expect you to develop a client and candidate database in a targeted geographical area throughout Warwickshire.
Whilst exceeding sales targets and KPI's, additional support will be required servicing the already established and successful temp plan.

Key Duties:
- Full 360 Trainee Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets
- Business development, conducting sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients (online & face to face - COVID dependant)
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and social platforms
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday (subject towork load)
- Rotating on call duties required
Person Specification:
- Successful business development skills
- Account management skills
- Proven record of success
- Confident and able to sell at all levels
- Target driven
- Excellentlevel of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
- Good Administration skills- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
Benefits:
- £19,000 per annum basic salary

The majority of your time will be spent in the Kenect Recruitment offices however you will be required to meet clients and candidates off-site at our client's premises (COVID dependant) for business meetings andto register/interview potential candidates. It is therefore essential that you have a full UK driving licence.
